Their determination led them to found the Polish folk dance ensemble 'Iskry' in Winnipeg, a symbol of cultural pride, resilience and renewal. Immersed in this rich tapestry of traditional dance and music, I learned invaluable lessons in perseverance, teamwork, and the power of a united community at a young age. This experience was pivotal in shaping my approach to both leadership and entrepreneurship. It taught me the importance of staying true to one's roots while innovating and adapting to new environments – a balance crucial in the ever-evolving business world, especially Tech.
